Open Mail
If you are not prompted to create a new account, go to the Mail, Settings or Preferences menu
Select the Accounts tab and click the + icon at the bottom left
Select the Other Mail Account... mail provider
Fill in the following details:
| Name |
The name you would like other people to see when they receive emails from you |
| Your full email address, e.g. name@yourdomain.com | |
| Password | The password you used when creating the email in cPanel |
Click Sign in
If prompted to enter additional details, use the following:
| User Name |
Your full email address, e.g. name@yourdomain.com |
| Account Type |
If you are only planning to check this email address this computer, select POP3. If you plan to check it on more than one computer and would like to access historical email and folders on all of them, select IMAP. |
| Incoming Mail Server |
Use mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your domain name) |
| Outgoing Mail Server |
Use mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your domain name) |
Click Sign in
Click Done
Close the Accounts window
