Two year Domain Name registration
We will organise your domain name on your behalf ( it will be registered in your name / business name) and then an ongoing fee will be due every 2 years.
Content
All images; company logos, and proof read current text are to be provided by the client in electronic format (ie.Word) to angie@fastcheapwebsites.com.au. This will ensure prompt and accurate development of the website. If additional images / photographs or text are required for the development of the website the cost will be borne by the client.
Edits
When sending the content for your webpages, the content and images must be the final draft. If you require changes to text and images already submitted, there will be a $30 fee to edit the page again.
Copyright
When material is supplied to us for publishing on the web; obtaining permission to use any copyright material is the responsibility of the client supplying the material. The owner of the website needs to obtain permission to use photographs, graphics, music, video, and text etc. from the author, photographer or artist. We will assume that our client has obtained such permission.
Ownership
You own all images and content. You pay us for the development of your website. We hold no copyright or ownership of your website. The website files on your hosting account belong to you. You can change your hosting provider at anytime. The first 2 years of webhosting is non-refundable. We do not charge any exit fees after the first 2 years.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to commence work. Final payment is expected on final delivery of the completed website. Payment is required by Paypal or Direct deposit to a bank account specified by www.fastcheapwebsites.com.au.
As a client of Fast Cheap Websites/inStyle Web Design, it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. Fast Cheap Websites provides a 10 day grace period from the time the invoice is due and when it must be paid. Any invoice that is overdue for 10 days and not paid will result in a $100 late fee. If payment is not received 21 days after the due date, your hosting account will be terminated and your websites files will be deleted and unable to be recovered.
Delivery
Final delivery of the project will occur within 2 weeks from commencement and is dependant on the prompt delivery of content by the client.
If you need your website by a deadline let us know.
Development
This is a fixed price deal. Any additional requirements such as any extra forms / interactive items/ search functions/galleries or more complex pages will be negotiated separately depending on content.
Email Set up
We create and set up your email within the Cpanel. It is the owners responsibility to update their settings in their email program. We do offer assistance in updating the owners email settings if the email is accessible via a web browser. We can also login to your computer using Teamviewer for further assistance.
Updating Website
We provide up to 4 updates per year. If you require additional updates, a quote can be given prior to commencement.
Domain Name
We will organise your domain name on your behalf. It will be registered in your name or business name and using your ABN number.
Note: If you already have a domain name, you will need to contact your domain name company and change the DNS settings. If you are unsure how to do this, we can update the nameservers for you provided you send us your domain name login information
Web Hosting
Ongoing biannual fee is required and non-refundable for the first 2 years. If you decide to change your hosting provider after the first 2 years, no exit fees will apply.

We will setup your account after we have received payment. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times.

3.) Content
All services provided by Fast Cheap Web Hosting may only be used for lawful purposes. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Cheap Websites from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please email us with the information required.
Examples of unacceptable material on all servers include: IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, Pirated Software / Warez, image, filedump, mirror, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg’s, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums and or websites that distribute or link to warez content are prohibited.
Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography. Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password. Audits may be done to prevent weak passwords from being used. If an audit is performed, and your password is found to be weak, we will notify you and allow time for you to change/update your password.
4.) Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. “Safe lists” and “double opt-in” will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.
5.) Payment Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Fast Cheap Websites in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify Fast Cheap Websites of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.
Once we receive your cancellation and have confirmed all necessary information with you via e-mail, we will inform you that your account has been canceled. At this time, your account with us has been canceled. If you do not hear back from us or receive an e-mail confirming this cancellation, please contact us immediately.
As a client of Fast Cheap Websites, it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. Fast Cheap Websites provides a 10 day grace period from the time the invoice is due and when it must be paid. Any invoice that is overdue for 10 days and not paid will result in a $10 late fee and/or an account suspension until account balance has been paid in full.
Invoices that have been paid more than once with multiple Paypal Subscriptions will be refunded via Paypal. If you require assistance with this provision, please contact Fast Cheap Websites.
6.) Backups and Data Loss
Our servers provide daily back ups. If you accidently delete your account or your site becomes infected, we can restore your site for an additional fee.
7.) Bandwidth Usage
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.
8.) Have your own hosting.
Unfortunately we do not build websites that are hosted on another server. You must purchase one of our hosting packages if you would like us to build your website. Our server is a Virtual Private Server which is a faster, more secure and stable solution compared to shared hosting where you don’t get a dedicated server space. It uses virtualization technology to provide you with dedicated (private) resources on a server with multiple users.

Google Recaptcha, Google Site Submission, Google Analytics, Google Business Page, 4 FREE website updates per year, Website maintenance, Website vulnerabilities, Security Plugin and Site Back up are only applicable when purchased together with one of our hosting plans.
